We are fast growing caravan repair centre with a focus on quality work and impeccable Customer Service. In addition to general caravan repairs and servicing, we specialise in caravan renovations and modifications as well as in complete fit out of vehicles.

Tasks & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and motivated person who enjoys to work with customers, assist in the preparation of quotes, liaise with insurance companies, assist with office administration and assist the Marketing Director in marketing the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers, attending incoming calls making outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
- Attending incoming email enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Checking in vans being dropped off, checking out vans completed for clients and preparing invoices for vehicles going out
- Attend to customers enquiries in our retail shop
- Preparing and following up on quotes to customers
- Provide support to Senior Management in their daily tasks.
- Working on marketing initiatives to grow the business
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration and Customer Service
- Outgoing personality and confidence to liase with customers on the phone and in person
- Strong capability in communication (verbal and written skills)
- Strong organisational skills and high level of efficiency.
- Ability to work in a team environment and self-motivated to work independently.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
