Customer Service and Administration Support
Position Description
Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of Customer Service and Administration Support - Community Health and Wellbeing. The role will provide a range of Customer Service and Administration Support functions for the Community Health and Wellbeing Department to meet operational and statutory requirements.
Reporting to the Coordinator Community Strengthening. The responsibilities of the role will include, maintaining a detailed working knowledge of the department to enable an efficient and reliable response to customers (internal and external), supporting the Community Health and Wellbeing Department with administration of Council’s customer request management system and provide support to the department including arranging appointments, data entry, invoicing, out-going correspondence, and other tasks as required.
Remuneration will be based on Band 4 classification $66,826.81 per annum plus superannuation of the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2022.
