Based in South Australia's beautiful Adelaide Hills, premium brand Paris Creek Farms (PCF) is part of the ASX listed premium food group Maggie Beer Holdings. We make cheeses, yogurts, milk, butter, and quark from 100% bio-dynamic organic milk from South Australia. Paris Creek Farms (PCF) is looking for an energetic Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator who thrives on delivering exceptional Customer Service.
This role is integral to the operations of our manufacturing facility in Paris Creek and in maintaining the high-quality reputation of this iconic brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders and invoices
- Answering customer queries via email and phone
- Preparing pick notes for the pick and pack team
- Working for the best outcome for our customers by ensuring the timely delivery of their orders
- Coordinating with sales and production to meet customer delivery deadlines
- Coordinating and providing stock control for farmers markets
- Managing consumer feedback and complaints
- Organising donations
- Monitoring short-dated stock
- Reporting on stock levels across various warehouse locations
- Liaising with third party logistics companies
- Co-ordinating transport bookings, pallet labels, customs and driver paperwork
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of products, Bio Dynamic farming and production
- Keeping the office running smoothly and maintaining office supplies
About you

- You have experience providing exceptional Customer Service
- You have experience working with inventory, ideally with batch codes
- You have excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- You’re able to manage your time efficiently and prioritize your work effectively
- You’re a problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude
- You have a current drivers licence
