About the Role
 

We’re looking for the right person to join our Client Success Team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll help our clients throughout their journey with us. You will be engaging with our customers over the phone, by email and through web chat to welcome them and answer questions while guiding them through our different solutions.

A key aspect of your role is to ensure we’re providing a fantastic level of customer satisfaction through exceptional Customer Service and care. If you're new to the technology space, don't let that hold you back! We're here to help you learn and grow. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge. What we're looking for is a positive, bubbly, friendly, and eager-to-learn attitude – these qualities are essential in our team members.
 

About You

Your personality is your greatest asset in this role. You're an upbeat, proactive individual who loves interacting with people. Even if you're new to technology, your willingness to learn and adapt will make you a perfect fit. Your excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, will help you connect with and support our clients effectively. Being organised and detail-oriented, you'll be able to manage multiple client interactions efficiently. Expect a high volume of phone interactions, where you'll address various client queries and guide them through the Formitize platform. Regular follow-ups and support assistance with clients will be a part of your routine, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and progress.
