Sunrise Medical Australia is the local regional assembly and distribution centre.
We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Administrator and Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Western Sydney, Wetherill Park.
We are looking for the right person with the same values, who can not only support but also assist the team to accomplish their goals and KPI’s in current busy times.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage customer/supplier order entry, following set procedures
• Excellent phone etiquette & email communication
• Assisting with Customer Service calls | orders as required
• Previous experience in a Customer Service | call centre environment
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers and all onsite teams
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• An eye for detail, ability to prioritise and good time management skills
• Understanding of Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with SAP or JDE is a bonus however training would be provided
