Per hour JK is partnering with one of the worlds' largest service companies who are working alongside one of Australia's biggest banks to ensure over one million customer needs are met during their financial journey. With a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and case efficiency, they are looking at establishing a large and dynamic Customer Service team. You will be provided with comprehensive training to see you succeed in the role over a 4 week period followed by ongoing support and mentoring from team leaders.

These roles are long-term opportunities that will allow you to show your Customer Service and technical skills. You will work with a large team, be supported by onsite leadership, enjoy employee engagement activities and the social side working in a team environment.
