Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. The Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring a clean and safe environment for their use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding Customer Service to all P3 Recovery clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility, including pool decks and recovery equipment.
• Sell memberships and products to clients, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Assist clients in utilising recovery equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions using our systems.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to Customer Service, safety, and security.

Qualifications and Skills:

• First-Aid and CPR Certificate. (desirable)
• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Customer Service and sales roles, preferably in a health or fitness-related environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and manage a busy environment effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• A positive attitude, passion for helping others, and a fun-loving personality.
