The Opportunity:
Due to internal promotions and movements, we have an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s premier toll-road companies based in Eastern Creek
As a Customer Service & Finance Officer, your role directly contributes to the success of the company by optimizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt. Your role will involve resolving any complex credit issues and collecting outstanding payments while providing a high level of Customer Service. This is not a high-volume phone call role but rather a combination of phone-based work and emails, all while delivering an exceptional Customer Service experience for clients

About you:
We are seeking someone who is naturally curious, Customer Service driven, and possesses resilience and empathy. A finance background is not necessary for this position as all skills will be taught!
- Experience working within a contract centre, or debt collection is preferred but not essential.
- Intermediate Excel experience.
- Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly.
- Eager to learn and a motivated work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly.
