YOUR ROLE
As the Customer Service Officer, you will join the team responsible for providing a range of diverse and dynamic services to all internal and external customers of Council, across all channels of customer engagement.
This is a Fixed Term role working for approximately 8 months. This role is linked to a parental leave arrangement and therefore the duration of the role will be dependent upon the current incumbents return to work plan.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
- A commencing weekly salary of $1,172 with progression up to $1,319 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 11% superannuation
