Customer Service Specialist

Your new role
As a Customer Service Specialist your main contribution will be to use your high qualtity Customer Service skills to identify customer needs and provide information about the organisation's financial products including credit cards and personal loan and transaction accounts. This is a permanent role based in Sydney CBD.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Discuss their range of products through inbound and outbound calls as well as chat and social media platforms with new and existing customers
Manage customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Provide retail banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
Your skills and experience
You pride yourself on your ability to connect with customers and understand the importance of a personalised approach with each client
You love learning new things and are eager develop
You are known for your can do attitude and attention to detail
You are an excellent communicator
