THE ROLE
We're seeking dedicated individuals for a full-time temporary role starting on Monday, 22nd of April 2024. The initial contract will run for 6 months, with the potential to extend or even secure a permanent position. You'll primarily work on-site located in the Melbourne CBD office but can also enjoy the flexibility of working from home once the training period ends.
**Please note that the training period can run for up to 3 months + and varies depending on indviduals learning progression
Become part of a cohesive mid-sized team that operates in a work environment unlike the conventional call centres or contact centres. While the tasks you'll handle share some similarities with those in traditional settings, working within our close-knit team offers a unique and rewarding experience, offering great Customer Service to inbound callers.
DUTIES
  • Must be available to start on Monday the 22nd of April, 2024
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Update and maintain databases
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
  • Navigate multiple systems seamlessly
  • Work towards and exceed KPIs
  • Deliver top class, timely Customer Service
  • Handle challenging customer conversations with confidence
  • Be available for flexible hours between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. Seven days a week, with a weekly roster
In summary, we are seeking candidates with similar experience who can thrive both within a team and independently. Once you graduate from from the training programme you will have some flexibility to wfh. If you're detail-oriented, and enjoy data entry we want to hear from you!
