Our client are breeders and suppliers of full-blood Wagyu heifers and Wagyu bulls on all the Wagyu auctions held throughout the year.

They are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Bakers Creek, NSW.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Adhere to and manage the approved office budget;
• Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports;
• Apply resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets;
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards;
• Improve Customer Service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth;
• Keep accurate records and document Customer Service actions and discussions;
• Keep ahead of the Wagyu industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement;
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities;
• Mentor and develop all staff to ensure an excellent Customer Service experience;
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards a satisfied customer;
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.

To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a Diploma or higher qualification and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.

This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $70,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
