Job description

Allure Energy Cairns is looking to employ a fulltime Customer Service Manager (Minimum 38 hours per week).
As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Customer Service operations of our
business. You will manage all facets of Customer Service, including member services, visitor information,
ensuring high levels of satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
We are offering a salary of $73,150 plus 11% superannuation to the successful applicant.
The successful applicant must be able to meet the criteria listed below:
Key Responsibility and Duties:
1. Developing and reviewing polices of the company and the company’s customers.
2. Establishing and maintain programs and procedures concerning customer relations and good and
services.
3. Providing direction and feedback to team member and assisting with recruitment programs.
4. Motivating and developing staff providing customers service.
5. Planning and implementing aftersales services to follow up customer satisfaction.
6. Looking after client data bases and creating actions in order to expand clients portfolios.
7. Have customers management experience and business degree in order to keep ahead of industry
developments and apply the best practices to areas of improvement.
8. Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals.
9. Ahere to and manage to approved budgets.
Work Experience:
1. The successful applicant must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience within this role.
2. Any relevant qualifications will be considered advantageous.
