Client Details
Our client, an Animal care and Hospice team are passionate about providing pet healthcare and end-of-life care to families across Australia. Currently in a growth phase, they have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Manager with a strong business acumen and genuine care and compassion for animals and people.
More about the role:
- Lead and motivate a national team of Customer Service representatives.
- Report to executive management and be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the Customer Service and administration business activities.
- Monitor analytics and report these trends to the executive management team, whilst providing innovative solutions and fresh ideas to challenges.
- Liaise with Vets and Families.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly team events and activities.
- General administration.
- Exceptional Customer Service and people skills.
- Will have a demonstrated track record leading a successful team (recruiting/training & mentoring/motivating a team) – preferably remotely.
- Strong business acumen combined with a passion for animals and people.
- Have a desire to develop into a Senior Management role.
- Able to work autonomously as this is a fully remote position.
- Animal health and wellbeing experience is not essential, full training will be provided.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Sydney based.
- Citizen or PR status.
