Our Hervey Bay branch is a thriving business catering for local business needs and visiting contractors and we are looking for an energetic, Customer Service focused person to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.
To be successful in this role, you must be an energetic team player with a passion for excellence in meeting and exceeding customer expectations, be willing to learn, good organisational skills, good work ethic, positive attitude and the ability to think on their feet. A personality that strives for tidiness, order and attention to detail would be well suited to the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Counter & phone Customer Service
- General Admin Duties
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships with both our commercial and retail customers
- Detailing vehicles when required
The successful applicant must have a drivers licence but there is no need for prior experience.
