Our client is a market leader in farming, agricultural and crop management, that have a strong presence across Australia and are starting to stretch their market internationally as well. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has very strong communication skills and likes to build long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal account managers.
Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Data entry and processing of customer sales orders, daily via SAP.
• Answering inbound calls and emails from customers about stock and availability.
• Working closely with internal territory manages to process customer requests.
• Coordinating freight and shipping for client orders + providing ETAs.
• Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and Customer Service.
• General ad-hoc requests as required by the Customer Service and administration team.

The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for Customer Service and loves to be a part of a strong organisational culture. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to work in an office environment 5 days per week. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be continually busy for the duration of the day. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours.
