The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader the successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Process incoming orders from customers/clients via phone and email
• Assisting the sales/technical team
• Log relevant/necessary information efficiently
• Maintaining a sufficient knowledge of products
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Actively participate in continuous improvements
• Management of the database

Skills & Experience
You are experienced within Customer Service and enjoy working with people. You bring relevant experience within similar environments, can work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, be a team player and offer strong systems skills. You take pride in the detail and accuracy of your work, and possess a mindset for continued learning and development. You share an interest in biology and science.
