This role is crucial to their mission of delivering exceptional Customer Service, handling inquiries, and maintaining their reputation as the number one supplier of materials.
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing and processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience while interacting with the company.
This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service person who is looking to grow within a business by having the option to develop into an Account Manager position.
Qualifications:
- Construction background (preferred)
- Great Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
