FTE salary $68K-$70K + Super (pro rata)
About the Role
We are seeking a client Service Officer/manager to support our existing client service manager, who works Mon-Wed for our boutique Financial Planning practice in Chatswood, ideally with at least 2 years Experience in a Financial Planning practice. Upskilling and training provided. Work from home or combination (periodic in-person/on location presence for training and relationship development.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with all their administration and house-keeping needs
- Transactions and processing of client funds e.g. superannuation or investment accounts
- Provide practice management support to the senior adviser
- Assistance with client experience and marketing activities
Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years Experience in a FINANCIAL PLANNING practice to provide support to our existing client service manager, who works Mon-Wed (client service experience with a platform/administration provider would also be suitable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- The role must be Thursday and Friday but there is flexibility on shift times, e.g. school hours would be acceptable
- Fully remote is okay but we would prefer periodic in-person/on location presence – for training and relationship development.
