Role:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and enjoy engaging with customers, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, enter, and invoice purchase orders with precision.
- Coordinate local and interstate freight bookings, ensuring seamless tracking with carriers.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and credit claims, pursuing payment.
- Collaborate with production and factory management to organize and fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Conduct B2B tele-sales with our existing customer base, nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Someone who loves dealing with people and is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work additional hours if necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Self-motivated and capable of working without constant supervision.
