About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for two part-time Customer Service Officers to join our Customer Service Team. The positions play an instrumental role in providing exceptional Customer Service to internal and external customers across the organisation.
It is intended for each position to work 17.5 hours per week (3.5 hours per day). We intend for the scheduled working hours to suit school operating hours (between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm), however this is based on operational requirements and the successful applicants.
The successful applicants will demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service or extensive relevant experience
- Experience working within a Customer Contact/Call Centre environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to understand and meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and individually without direct supervision, be motivated with an excellent attention to detail.
