We're on the lookout for an energetic Casual Customer Service and Operations Assistant to join our team and ensure our operations run smoothly and our customers receive outstanding service.
Purpose of the Position:
The Customer Service & Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional Customer Service. This position is integral to processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to inventory management, directly impacting our mission to support the healthcare and veterinary industries.
Working Hours:
This casual role offers approximately 20 - 25 hours per week, operating between 9 am - 3/4 pm, spread over three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails, providing prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance.
- Process and dispatch orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels to support day-to-day operations.
- Enhance client and supplier relationships through effective account management and Customer Service.
- Perform general data entry and maintain up-to-date client databases.
- Support the team in achieving daily operational goals and KPIs.
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong focus on Customer Service.
- Ability to efficiently multitask and manage various operational tasks.
- Proficient with basic computer and office software applications.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work flexibly.
