An opportunity has become available to join our friendly Kalgoorlie team as a Customer Service Operator

• Kalgoorlie airport 
• Casual orPart Time basis working up to full time hours
• Permanent morning or permanent afternoon shifts available.
• Previous experience not necessary as training provided

We are seeking motivated, reliable and passionate individuals who are interested in being part of an exciting Kalgoorlie operation. You will be joining an energetic, team oriented company and working in a fast paced environment.

This role will see you work up to full time hours. 

Responsibilities include:

• Providing check in services;
• Passenger assistance;
• Coordinating arrivals and departures; and
• Conducting pre-flight checks.

Key requirements of the role are:

• We are seeking local residents with their own car and driver's license
• Must be willing to work shift work; inclusive of weekends
• Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team;
• A strong focus and committed attitude towards safety;
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to provide exceptional levels of service; and
• Previous experience within the industry is an advantage, but not necessary.
• Ability to commit to a 24/7, 365 rotating roster (non-negotiable);

In order to be considered you must have the ability to obtain an Airport Security Card, Police Check and pass a medical, including a Drug & Alcohol Screen
