Form of workSpear and Jackson are a manufacturer of Gardening & Hand Tools. We have a key position for a self motivated person in our Dandenong South Office. The successful applicant will need an outgoing personality, and dedication to high levels of service to the companies customers.
You should have experience working in an office environment handling customer & product enquiries via telephone and e-mail. Your attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately in this role will be key to your success.
IMMEDIATE START
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Customer Service inbound & outbound calls
- Data Entry - Customer Orders.
- Customer Credits
- Assisting customers with product queries, stock availability & delivery time frames.
- Filing.
Key attributes of this position include:
- Previous experience working within a busy office environment.
- Sales & Customer service experience in a sales environment.
- Punctuality & Reliable work ethic.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Neat and tidy personal presentation.
- Pronto software knowledge would be advantageous.
- Microsoft Office skills are highly advantageous.
This is a full time position working 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
