Helping make it happen!The Tradelink OpportunityWe are looking for a Customer Service superstar who is excellent at trouble shooting, can prioritise work at a fast pace, and is not afraid to pick up the phone and follow up on customers’ orders. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent. You are a tech-savvy individual who can work your way around systems and follow processes. You are a team player, and you really care - about your work, the customers, and the people you work with. Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:Handle inbound and outbound enquiries, as required, and within the time frame and quality standards.Act as the first point of contact, de-escalation and resolution for all Customer Service queries.De-escalate, resolve and follow up on complaints from customers, without directing the customer elsewhere.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of service/product, processes, systems and promotions.Deliver industry leading Customer Service that differentiates Tradelink from our competitors.Ready for the challenge? Here’s what you’ll need:Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced Customer Service or contact center environment. Be a tech-savvy with intermittent computer skills. Excellent attention for the finer details.Be team focused with the ability to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
