Your new role
- Providing excellent Customer Service and managing inbound calls and queries
- Operating phone calls professionally, transferring calls where needed
- Assisting in providing reporting to Management when required
- Resolving customer issues on first call resolution
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience managing and responding to customer complaints
- Proven experience being self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to show initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate experience in the Microsoft suite of products
- Previous or current Customer Service/ Collections experience/ Insurance is advantageous
