About the Role
You will be helping customers with a variety of queries related to purchasing their new vehicle, servicing their existing vehicle or any general enquires related to their vehicle. This is a purely Customer Service-based position where you will be taking inbound and making outbound calls booking appointments to different dealerships to view cars or get them serviced.
Duties
- Help customers with a variety of queries related to purchasing their new vehicle
- Manage calls and emails from 6 different dealerships Australia wide
- Make online appointments for customers wanting to book in and view the showroom
- Dealing with and organising digital appointments, updating customers and other staff members of any amendments
- General administration duties related to appointments and updating the CRM
- Book in and deal with car related servicing queries
Skills and Experience
- Previous Contact Centre experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and resilient outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven exceptional Customer service experience
- Computer literacy (able to work across 3 screens) and the ability to multitask
- Desire to learn and grow with the company - Development available
