The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional level of Customer Service to MPS customers and effectively assisting and supporting customers with MPS product and software queries.
The Customer Service Specialist works closely with the Healthcare Operations, Production and Quality teams to ensure MPS customer’s needs are met.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Respond to all issues/queries in a timely, professional and courteous manner to the best of your ability.
- Understand customer requirements and positively deliver solutions.
- Achieve and maintain excellent interpersonal relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively prioritise issues depending on the criticality and nature.
- Refer or escalate the problem as needed (following appropriate investigation and troubleshooting).
We are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience providing end to end solutions within a highly customer centric environment
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as experience using CRM software such as Salesforce
- A calm approach to Customer Service within a busy work environment
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and planning skills
