- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Deliver excellent Customer Service by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
