Australian Paper Recovery Pty Ltd is an environmental specialist processing recyclable materials for recycling locally and overseas.
Based in Dandenong South, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic team player with an eye for detail to look after our data and reporting requirements along with offering our clients fantastic Customer Service.
The duties for this role will include:
- Customer service inbox management
- Completing all dockets, reports and inputting into Wastedge where necessary
- Accurately entering data into industry specific software platforms (Wastedge).
- Enter and action contaminations reports.
- Changing customer schedules as needed/requested.
- Creating and cancelling bookings.
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Customer and service line reports to ensure Wastedge is up to date/reflecting correct information.
- Supporting the Customer Service and Sales team.
- Filing and scanning.
- Excellent Customer Service.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in attention to detail, dynamic workplace as well as:
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders using well developed written and verbal communication
- Minimum 2 year in similar role, preferred but not essential.
- Be prepared to 'get your hands dirty' obtaining the information you need for your role.
- Have good attention to detail whilst maintaining quality.
- High level problem solving capabilities.
- Be able to prioritise and time manage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).
- Knowledge of the recycling industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
