DABSCO, Darwin's premier manufacturer of home improvement products, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service/Administration Support. With over 55 years of dedicated service to the NT region, we take pride in supplying and installing top-quality security screens, glass doors and windows, window coverings, external awnings, and shower screens.
Position Overview: We are currently offering opportunities for enthusiastic candidates to undertake customer service and general administration duties, including but not limited to:
- Providing general administrative support.
- Handling incoming calls and redirecting as necessary.
- Engaging in showroom customer service, including product sales (training provided).
- Utilizing industry-specific software to generate quotes.
- Managing customer information and scheduling onsite measurements and quotes.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Possession of a current NT Driver's license.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking abilities and polished phone etiquette.
- Proactive approach, self-motivated, with a team-oriented mindset and the capability to work independently.
