Orthodontic Patient Consultant / Treatment CoordinatorLocation - Hoppers Crossing
You will be responsible for the overall front desk management of Hoppers Crossing practice. You will provide a high level of front-of-house/office customer service and administration support for a high-performing team. This role will transition into a practice manager role for the right candidate.
Reception Duties Include-
- Management of appointment books.
- Handling phone and email inquiries.
- General admin duties as requested by the business.
- Providing the highest quality of patient care and customer service
- Social Media Management
- Treatment coordination explaining treatment costs, and payment plan terms to the patient.
Requirements:
- Excellent conversational skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent patient communication/Phone skills and fluent in English
- Good with computers and Microsoft Office suits ms word, excel.
- The ability to multitask and fast learner
- Good organizational skills
- Friendly and caring personality customer service oriented.
- Mature-minded and reliable.
The position requires working 3-4 working weekdays day between 8 AM- 5.00 pm with a work-life balance and No Weekend work.
