The Role
You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Trades and Civil Department. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, correspondence, minute-taking, and processing payments, while maintaining excellent customer service and developing professional relationships with stakeholders. You will demonstrate competence in data entry with high accuracy, maintaining databases and generating reports. Your ability to multitask and handle requests from various departments in a fast-paced environment is essential. Additionally, you will support procurement procedures, provide logistical support for meetings and events, and demonstrate initiative in creating and updating technical manuals. About You
- Proven experience in providing administrative and Customer Support.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office and maintaining databases.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and sound attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise and complete workloads to timeframes.
