🛠 Responsibilities

• Engage with CorePlan customers to deeply understand their needs and goals.
• Deliver top-tier Customer support through email, phone, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our products and services based on customer feedback.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Create seamless and enjoyable experiences for users at every interaction.

🙌 Qualifications And Fit

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a Customer support role. Experience in a tech startup is a plus.
• Exceptional time management skills, capable of juggling multiple customer needs on tight deadlines.
• A problem solver with a deep love for action (getting stuff done).
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. We're a close-knit team, and we'd love for you to fit right in.
