🛠 Responsibilities
- Engage with CorePlan customers to deeply understand their needs and goals.
- Deliver top-tier Customer support through email, phone, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our products and services based on customer feedback.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Create seamless and enjoyable experiences for users at every interaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a Customer support role. Experience in a tech startup is a plus.
- Exceptional time management skills, capable of juggling multiple customer needs on tight deadlines.
- A problem solver with a deep love for action (getting stuff done).
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. We're a close-knit team, and we'd love for you to fit right in.
