 We are looking for an enthusiastic, vibrant and efficient Customer Support Operator to join our team. You will work alongside our existing operators, loan assessors and recoveries team. 

You will be handling a high number of enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone, email and via our client portal in relation to their new loan application or current loan. You will be required to answer general enquiries, assist with repayment changes and also provide verbal support for such things as document uploads.

Experience in a Finance Company is not required as preference for this role will be given to someone that has a clear and assertive phone manner and a positive “can do” attitude with experience in any fast-paced customer facing environment. 

We have flexible hours for the right person and currently have standard full time hours on offer OR a 9 day fortnight roster where you can have every second Monday off as a long weekend OR part time hours. There is no weekend or night time work required.
