We are recruiting for a Trade and Customs Analyst to join us on a permanent basis at our Nürburgring site.

A typical day in the life of a Trade and Customs Analyst is keeping in regular communication with our internal and external stakeholders, supporting the development and implementation of robust international trade and customs processes at AMLE. You have a strong technical and operational knowledge and experience of customs and international trade legislation and processes. Detailed experience of post-Brexit requirements and operations with UK companies is essential. You will interact constantly with local suppliers and authorities, so being fluent in both English and German is mandatory.

This role is part of a small team, where you'll report directly to the EU Trade and Custom Manager, working closely with Head of Finance and Controlling Europe and Senior Manager Trade and Customs in the UK. Externally you'll be dealing with key interfaces such as: Aston Martin supplier base, our EU Dealer Network, local Chambers of Commerce, Aston Martin Europe third-party service providers and the local customs authorities.

The most important thing for us is your experience in the field and self-driven attitude with a strong attention to details and problem-solving mindset.

We are looking for a confident, driven, and diplomatic person. You'll have exceptional communicating skills and have the confidence to influence and persuade other teams and functions to meet deliverables and objectives where required.
