We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation across all of the company’s locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
The company has employees located in Australia, New Zealand, USA, South Africa and Europe.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Administer employee benefits programs and manage employee relations issues.
• Conduct regular reviews of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Stay abreast of developments in HR best practices and employment legislation to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
