THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the Data Entry/ Invoicing within our Excavations department.
Your duties will be as follows;
- Data Entry
- Raising Invoices
- Check employee dockets and match with weekly time sheets
- Monthly Water Reporting
- Adhoc administration tasks
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will bring previous experience in a varied Invoicing / Administration role along with:
- Strong Attention to Detail- Essential
- Ability to prioritise and meet important monthly deadlines
- Construction Industry Experience - Preferred
- QuickBooks Experience - Preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced use of the MS Office
