You will be the primary point of contact for the hospital, so must have a genuine desire to provide high-quality service to our patients, practitioners and other stakeholders.
You will have medical-based administration experience, great communication skills and a high level of computer literacy. You are a team player, who will ensure the highest level of customer service.
In this role you will:
- Greet patients upon arrival
- Answer/respond to incoming calls, enquiries
- Manage patient appointments and liaise with other medical professionals
- Provide the end-to-end process of medical records management, inbound/outbound queries and patient appointments and surgical bookings
- Great communication and time management skills to support our on-site team
- Carry out financial tasks: banking, invoicing, accounts, debtors, and reconciliation
- Use the patient management system to capture relevant patient details and transmit correspondence
- Provide reception and general administration support to the Doctors, Nurses, Optometrists and Practice Manager
- Assist with the smooth running of the day-to-day services of the clinic including maintaining the professional appearance and cleanliness of the patient and work area
