Dealership Receptionist - Administration Clerk
Pakenham Mazda is a family owned and operated Mazda Dealership with state of the art modern facilities and proud to be awarded Mazda Master Dealers in 2022 and 2023.
As part of our continual focus on exceptional customer service we're looking for 2 Permanent Part Time receptionists to join our award winning team.
We are searching for 2 stand out receptionist to cover 6 day shift.
Monday to Saturday.
Hours 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
About the role:
- Meet and greet customers
- Manage all incoming calls
- Assist with sales customers
- Redirect or book service customers
- Manage reception area, maintaining office tidiness and general administrative duties
- Become a strong member of our award winning sales and service team
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Great Phone manner with the ability to recall details
- Be customer service focused
- Well presented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Result and task driven
- Good organisational skills
- High level of communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines and work autonomously
- Customer focused personality and the abilily to connect with people
