The Role
We have an opportunity for a customer serviced focused individual to join our team at Berwick Toyota in the position of Service Receptionist. This is a full time permanent position working 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (overtime every week).
This is a Front of House Service Reception position situated in the service area meeting and greeting all guests entering the service area in a cheerful and professional manner.
Some of your daily duties may include but not be limited to:
- Meet and greet incoming guests to the service desk
- Managing all incoming calls to the service department
- Managing service bookings both over the phone and face to face
- Servicing our guests with offer of tea, coffee, water
- Supporting and assisting the Service Advisors
The Person
Ideally you will have had exposure in a customer service and or reception role.
You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace, present yourself immaculately and professionally, be approachable with a friendly and warm disposition and be dedicated to offering our guests a delightful experience from their first step within the dealership. You will have exceptional situational awareness and be able to monitor and gauge the environment around you. Confident in the use of Microsoft Office and can learn new programs and skills quickly. Being proactive and taking initiative is highly encouraged.
The Future
We employ to develop and promote within. The natural progression of this role is to step up into a service advisor / guest experience consultant although this is not your only opportunity.
