The Department
A major Federal Government Department with the responsibility to defend Australia and its national interests.

The Role:
A Delivery Leader with a focus on HR Management with domain experience translating complex customer requirements and constraints into high-performing, scalable enterprise ICT functional solution especially in large, complex organisations.

Your experience:

• 10+ years experience in complex related functional domain - HR Management ICT ERP SAP transformation suite of SAP applications with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors;
• Understanding of Defence and Security Industry solutions;
• Extensive team leadership preferable across a range of SAP Delivery Management roles such as PM, Functional Team Leadership;
• Deep understanding of SAP best practice;
• Essential experience working within the SAP functional domain with strong communication skills.
