SalaryMy client is seeking a Delivery Lead, to play a pivotal role in managing project delivery while championing Agile and DevSecOps principles. You will support our clients through transformational endeavours by coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives from ideation to BAU.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively address impediments, manage issues, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Establish and promote Agile principles and practices, facilitating key team ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Demos, and Retrospectives.
- 8-10 years of industry experience in project and program management.
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering multiple technology initiatives.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in leading Agile programs, projects, or teams, preferably contributing to Agile Transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Enterprise Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
- Relevant qualifications in Agile and Lean domains, with a preference for Lean IT Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and a proven track record in delivering DevSecOps and Cloud projects.
- Proficiency in project and work management tools, particularly JIRA and Confluence, with JIRA Admin certification being a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant IT fields.
- Understanding of consulting dynamics within large SI enterprises.
