PURPOSE
You will be responsible for analysing the marketing, and sales data across the business to effectively estimate future product demands. You will be responsible for inventory flow planning, analysing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilise the ERP system to forecast and analyse the purchasing and replenishment requirements.
- Develop data analytics and reports to drive decisions and provide insights regarding inventory movement and optimal holding levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to develop inventory reporting requirements for clients.
- Assist the Group’s finance stakeholders in developing senior management inventory reporting requirements.
- Work in tandem with the Group Production Manager to devise inventory purchasing recommendation strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement of the ERP system and challenge the status quo.
- Provide support to the broader team with production replenishment and bespoke reporting activities.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Understanding of the corporate apparel market.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills, and forecasting tools expertise.
- Excellent analytical and interpretation capabilities.
- Understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management and S&OP processes.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong working relationships and influence across multiple levels of the business and cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields.
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in a DEMAND PLANNER/analyst role, preferably within the apparel clothing and accessories industry.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse large volumes of data, interpret it, and communicate insights effectively.
