Dental Administration Coordinator

Swann Dentistry is looking for a part time Front Office Receptionist, to join our established clinic located in in the hear of Preston Market.

You will work alongside a friendly supportive team, to create a well-structured work environment and a great dental experience for our loyal patient base.

This position is suited to anyone with customer and administration experience. Even if you don't have any dental experience but have great administration skills, please apply.

About the role:

• Greeting and welcoming patients, preparing patients for treatment and maintaining patient rapport
• Perform all administration work related to running the dental business, represent the dentists and be a welcoming face for the clinic.

To excel in this role you will need:

• To speak and write fluent English
• To be comfortable managing patients who speak minimal English and have a willingness to help people
• The ability to build rapport with people in a cheerful, engaging manner
• A proven track record of reliability, honesty and punctuality
• Good time management skills, can multi task and be highly organised
• To possess excellent knowledge in Microsoft programs, good typing speed, and have an eye for detail.

This position is available to start immediately.

Part time 2-3 weekdays (flexible and negotiable) from 9am to 6pm. 

Remuneration is dependent on experience and productivity.

Carparking and public transport are nearby.
