About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Deployment Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the InPlace suite of products. Reporting to the Deployment BA Manager and Senior Deployment Business Analyst, the Deployment Business Analyst is responsible for deploying InPlace to new customers and supporting productive usage by existing customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for IT deployments
- Develop detailed deployment plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deployment activities
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimise deployment-related issues
- Monitor deployment progress, track milestones, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders
- Provide technical support and guidance during deployment activities, addressing any issues or challenges that arise
- Document deployment processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference
- Facilitate user training sessions and provide post-deployment support as needed
- Continuously assess deployment processes and identify areas for improvement and optimisation
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices related to IT deployment methodologies
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience of 1 plus year as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role in IT deployment projects
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, systems, and deployment methodologies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
