In this role you are responsible for assisting the Director of Pharmacy in the safe, efficient and productive management of the Hospital Pharmacy Service.
Leading and managing staff in the provision of Pharmacy services relating to pharmaceutical procurement, clinical services, dispensary and inventory management. Maintaining an effective supply chain in compliance with all related legislative, policy, health care standards and contract requirement
If you have:
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia via Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with experience and/or post graduate qualifications as defined by the award
- Experience in Hospital Pharmacy management, staff rostering, supervision and provision of staff education
- Extensive experience in Clinical Pharmacy and a demonstrated commitment to Continuing Professional Development
- Demonstrated abilities to gather and analyse data for financial and operational performance of the department and suggest improvement strategies
