About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Line management responsibilities of their relevant teaching teams and portfolio responsibilities related to our ‘Inclusion or Positive Behaviour for learning portfolios.
- Line management responsibilities include teaching improvement and developing distributed leadership capacity with staff and behaviour management and student case management. These tasks are supported by HODs and school support teams also.
- Portfolio area/s responsibilities require the applicant to communicate with influence inside and outside the gate and to collaboratively develop sustained, systematic improvement actions, leveraging innovative use of resources to achieve quality outcomes for all students.
