Provide the technical documentation for the Customer Adaptation solutions that have been ordered by the sales organization and also be a support function to the CA Case Managers regarding new CA questions.
Who are you?

- Engineer and develop technical solution for customer order.
- Create, release and maintain S-notes securing vehicle functionality and features. Plus follow-up S notes Tech query's and take corrective action.
- Work collaboratively with x-team to support Production to troubleshoot CA issues. CA Preparation Engineers to improve quality of CA assembly instructions and CA Case Managers to improve CA Quotation process.
- Educational Qualifications - Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or Business OR at least 5 years Engineering or Business experience.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, MS-Project, MS-Powerpoint, MS-Excel, AutoCad, and CreoView)
