The opportunity
A career-building opportunity to be part of UGL Rail & Technology Systems expansion into the Brisbane market. You will play a key role in building your own team and making a significant contribution to our and your own success.
This would suit a Principal Signalling Design Engineer or Design Manager who enjoys management and building and empowering people.
Based from our Southbank office, your role will involve reviewing and agreeing on design timeframes with the Project Manager, leading design reviews and technical meetings with clients, and providing technical advice to the functional Departmental Managers. Best of all, you will be on your way to building a team as we expand further into the Brisbane market. Rewarding position for anyone who enjoys a mix of technical and management.
Requirements to be successful
- Minimum 10 years experience in local Signalling or Train Control Systems with some on site work involved in testing and commissioning.
- Significant experience in design delivery on projects
- Experience in people management and coordinating a team of Engineers to deliver signalling design projects
